I try to go into everything with an open mind, but when it came to a chronic neck issue I have had for 10+ years, I was a skeptic. Started coming to the practice for the first time at 33 years old with general soreness related to typical sports injuries and misalignment. I was having tingling in my feet and calves, and my neurologist ordered a spinal MRI. Results showed severe stenosis and arthritis. I read that chiropractic care was great for spinal stenosis. As I had surgery when I was a child, I am hoping to avoid another.

A friend recommended a chiropractor about six months ago, and I decided to call. I set up an initial exam with Dr. Paul Silver of Silver Chiropractic, and sent my MRI results for his review. I also have a burning mouth problem, which initially occurred following dental work about 7 years ago. My mouth pain was a 10+. After a few years of no improvement on my own, I did get some much-needed relief from both CBD and a medication. This last year the pain thankfully lessened to about a 5 level. But after seeing Dr. Silver for only a few treatments, my mouth pain is about a 1-2, which is wonderful! I started seeing him for my spinal issues, which he is also helping, and he determined the nerves in my neck were causing the mouth pain.
We all try our best to deal with the pains we experience, but I didn’t realize how much the correct treatment could help give relief. Burning mouth isn’t known of by many doctors. I did the whole PT thing for a few months and was still pretty miserable. Out of desperation I started looking for a chiropractor. Considering I went to Dr. Silver solely based on his reviews, I definitely felt the need to leave one myself. His wife Keri schedules all of his appointments and got me in the very next day. He was very honest with me, very thorough, and didn’t have the typical one foot out the door approach. After 3/4 sessions I was already feeling so much relief and didn’t feel the need for any Advil at all. I have never experienced going into a doctors office and actually feeling like something was fixed or accomplished the same day. With that being said I will forever be a patient of Silver Chiropractic, much rather go for maintenance once a month then to have resort back to medications. Cannot recommend enough!
